A small building raised on pilings and extending out over water with two fishing boats tied at the pier. The inscription on the front reads "RIGGS FISH HOUSE, CHOKOLOSKEE, FLA". Undated, c1930s. It was owned by the Southern Fish Company, Inc. Operated by Henry Botts and I.W. Riggs of Ft. Myers. The ice house was enlarged in August 1923.
