The Administration Building on Broadway West in Everglades City, constructed in 1924 to monitor all work on the Tamiami Trail and Immokalee Road projects. The Western Union telegraph office was also located here. The post office building is visible on the left. The original caption reads "Administration Building, Everglades, from which work was directed."
